About the webinar:
AI systems are becoming increasingly capable, influencing decisions across business, government, and society. Yet one critical question remains:
How do we ensure humans remain meaningfully in control?
Human oversight is often treated as a compliance requirement or reduced to “human-in-the-loop” reviews as an afterthought of design and development. In reality, effective oversight is far more than a final approval step; it is an engineering, governance, and organizational challenge, and it has to be designed for, not added on.
In this webinar, applied AI practitioner Kabir Fahria explores human oversight from both regulatory and practical perspectives, drawing on the EU AI Act, under development ISO/IEC 42105 guidance, and real-world engineering experience.
Who is the webinar for?
SMEs, Tech personnel interested in Trustworthy AI, Leaders in tech industry interested to understand Trustworthy AI requirements.
Key takeaways for participants: Participants will learn why oversight matters, when human oversight fails, and what organizations can do to build AI systems that remain transparent, controllable, and trustworthy.
